We’ve introduced a new level of customization to help tailor the resident experience to your exact needs. Choose what shows up in the menu, what it’s called (in any language), and where it appears.

• Rename any menu item per language

• Hide or show specific items

• Prioritize the order to match your brand and resident flow

Whether you prefer “My Place” over “Home” or want to hide features not in use - it’s now all possible.

With the new Tasks functionality, your team can stay on top of maintenance, inspections, and reminders across buildings, tenancies, or tickets - In Admin Hub or directly from the Operations App.

• Add tasks to any entity (building, ticket, or tenancy)

• Set reminders for yourself or your team

• Create recurring or one-off tasks

• Get valuable data insights about performance, workload or overdue tasks that need to be taken care off

3. Important Alerts: Direct to tenant status updates

Staff can now create Alerts straight from the Staff App, appearing right at the top of the Resident App homepage. Perfect for urgent building notices or operational updates.

Elevator down? Water maintenance ongoing? Keep residents informed in real-time.

And when it’s fixed - simply close the alert to clear it from the feed.
