We are proud to announce a new partnership between Hococo and SALTO Systems, bringing SALTO ProAccess Space into the Hococo platform through a fully embedded, plug-and-play integration.
The partnership enables building owners and operators to connect their existing SALTO access control environment directly to Hococo and deliver a seamless, secure and fully digital access experience through their tenant app.
The SALTO ProAccess Space integration adds a modern digital access layer to Hococo’s tenant experience and operations platform.
Using the SALTO SHIP protocol, customers can connect their existing SALTO Space environment to Hococo through a simple plug-and-play setup, without changing hardware or disrupting current access configurations.
Once connected, access control becomes a native part of daily operations – not a standalone system.
After setup, operators gain a complete overview of all doors, zones and access points directly in the Hococo Admin Hub. Access points can be mapped to:
This enables fast configuration, clear oversight and automated access management across the portfolio.
For tenants and residents, access control is embedded directly into the Hococo app. They can now:

When bookings are made through Hococo, access is automatically provisioned for the right users, at the right time – and revoked when the booking ends.
SALTO ProAccess Space remains the foundation for physical access control, including fobs, cards and keys.
