Meet private channels
Not every conversation is meant for everyone. With Release 3.1.0, staff can now create private channels that are only visible to selected residents, giving communities a dedicated space for the groups that need one.
Think board members coordinating on decisions, resident ambassadors organizing initiatives, or subscribers to a specific product or service who need updates the rest of the community doesn't. Private channels make it possible to reach exactly the right people, without cluttering the experience for everyone else.
Setting one up is straightforward. Create a new channel in Admin Hub, enable "Make channel private," then invite residents under Details → Invite members. Once set up, the channel is only visible to those who've been invited.

Vendor documentation, all in one place
Managing vendor relationships involves a lot of paperwork, and keeping track of it shouldn't be a separate job in itself.
With this release, documents can now be attached directly to vendor profiles in Admin Hub. Contracts, agreements, and other important files live right alongside the vendor they belong to, instead of scattered across inboxes or shared drives.
The next time a contract needs reviewing or a question comes up about a vendor agreement, the answer is exactly where you'd expect it to be.
