Product Release 3.0.0 is now available!

Meet Unified Inbox
Resident communication just got a whole lot smarter. With Release 3.0.0, we're saying goodbye to the old Messages function and welcoming Unified Inbox, one shared workspace for all resident communication.
If you've ever found yourself switching between channels, losing track of a conversation, or struggling to get a full picture of what's been said to a resident, Unified Inbox is the answer. Everything lives in one place, visible to your entire team, so nothing slips through the cracks.
Staff can now handle all resident interactions from a single centralized inbox. That means less time spent navigating between tools and more time actually helping residents. It also means better collaboration across your team, since everyone is working from the same shared view rather than siloed inboxes.
Unified Inbox launches with app messages included by default. Email communication is also supported and can be enabled with the appropriate technical setup.
One inbox. Full overview. Less chaos.
Community channels just got more social
Community channels have always been a great way to keep residents informed, but with this release they become a lot more interactive.
Residents can now comment directly on events created in community channels from the Resident App. Whether it's a building barbecue, a maintenance notice, or a neighborhood meetup, residents can now respond, ask questions, and engage with each other right where the event lives. That kind of back and forth is what turns a notice board into a genuine community.
Events shared on the newsfeed through community channels will also link directly back to the specific channel they came from. So when a resident sees something interesting, they can jump straight into the conversation without having to go looking for it.
We've also added the ability to filter specifically on community content in the newsfeed, covering both posts and events created by residents. It's a simple addition, but it makes it much easier to keep a pulse on what's happening across your community.
More interaction, more engagement, more life between neighbors.
Small but powerful improvements
Not every improvement makes the headlines, but the details matter. This release also includes a number of smaller updates that make day to day work a little smoother.
Ticket information can now be added directly to vendor requests, making it easier to keep everything connected when coordinating with external parties. Partial refunds of invoices are now supported, giving your team more flexibility when handling billing adjustments. A brand new ticket table view has been added, offering a cleaner and more structured way to get an overview of open and resolved tickets. And finally, payments are now available through the Public API, opening up new possibilities for teams building custom integrations.
These updates may be smaller in scope, but together they represent a continued commitment to making the platform work better for the people using it every day.
