Our new website is live — and it reflects how we've grown
Three years ago, we set out to fix one of the most overlooked problems in residential real estate: the relationship between landlords and tenants. The communication was broken, the experience was fragmented, and tenants felt like an afterthought. We built Hococo to change that.
And it worked. But somewhere along the way, something bigger started happening.
Property managers started using Hococo not just to communicate with tenants — but to run their entire operations. Asset managers started logging in to get visibility across portfolios they could never quite see clearly before. Operations teams started replacing spreadsheets, email threads, and sticky-note workflows with something that actually held everything together. The platform we built to improve tenant experience had quietly become something much more powerful: an end-to-end operating system for modern property management.
Our old website? It still told the tenant story. A good story — but no longer the full one.
So we rebuilt it from the ground up.
Today, we're excited to launch the new hococo.io — a complete redesign that reflects not just how the product looks, but what it has actually become.

The single biggest shift you'll notice is in how we talk about what Hococo does. We haven't changed the product. We've finally done justice to it.
